Two formed beef burger patties made using an 80/20 lean beef and beef fat recipe. Each patty weighs 120 g, providing a convenient portion size for preparing juicy, flavourful beef burgers at home or in a professional kitchen.
CEPLĪŠI M.S. Beef Burger Patties 80/20 are prepared from carefully selected Latvian beef, combining lean beef with beef fat.
The 80/20 recipe ratio refers to approximately 80 parts lean beef and 20 parts beef fat by ingredient weight. This combination helps provide the flavour, texture and juiciness expected from a quality beef burger.
The beef is prepared, minced, thoroughly mixed and formed into consistently sized burger patties.
Each patty weighs 120 g, with two patties per vacuum pack and a total net weight of 240 g.
The product is supplied chilled and vacuum-packed for convenient storage and preparation.

CEPLĪŠI M.S. specialises in producing high-quality Latvian beef.
We work with Latvian cattle farmers who pay attention to feeding practices and desirable meat characteristics.
Every beef carcass is individually assessed for muscle development, meat colour and fat cover. We also measure the pH of every carcass as part of our quality control process.
When producing our burger meat, we pay particular attention to the beef-to-fat ratio, consistent mincing, meat preparation and accurate patty formation.
Our aim is to offer a quality beef product with convenient portions, straightforward preparation and distinctive flavour.
1. Preparation. Remove the patties from their vacuum packaging and pat dry if necessary.
2. Heat the Pan or Grill. Preheat a frying pan, grill or cooking surface.
3. Seasoning. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper before cooking.
4. Cooking. Place the patties on the hot surface and cook on both sides until evenly browned.
5. Check the Internal Temperature. Because the patties are made from ground beef, a minimum internal temperature of 71°C is recommended, measured in the centre with a food thermometer.
6. Serving. Place the cooked patty in a toasted burger bun and add cheese, vegetables and your preferred sauce.
A 120 g patty will generally cook faster than a 150 g patty, although actual cooking time depends on patty thickness, cooking temperature and equipment.
Avoid pressing the patties firmly against the pan, as this can increase moisture and fat loss.
Serve with brioche-style burger buns, Cheddar cheese, caramelised onions, pickles, fresh tomatoes and crisp lettuce.
Pair with roasted potatoes, potato wedges or fresh vegetables.
